When configuring e-mail settings in Epesi under:
My Settings -> Control Panel -> User Settings -> E-mail accounts
and using Epesi Cloud e-mail service or other cPanel configured e-mail provider use the following settings:

| SMTP Server | mail.epesi.cloud:465 |

| SMTP Security | YES |
| IMAP Root | INBOX. |
Please note IMAP port 993 and SMTP port 465 and IMAP Root must be set to "INBOX." for e-mail archiving in Epesi to work properly.
